1. Order Processing
Orders submitted before 4:00 PM (GMT-7) are prepared on the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing on the following business day.

Preparation and handling generally require 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). This depends on current order volume, we of course try to be as quick as possible.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery estimates may vary depending on shipping destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Return Eligibility
Our store allows returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, which means unused, unwashed, and all original tags still attached. Packaging, and all other included components should be intact as well.

Any return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account.
