Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return your order within 30 days from the day it’s delivered. To be eligible, items need to be in their original condition, which means unused, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Packaging and any included parts should also be kept intact.

Return requests sent after the 30-day window can’t be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, just email us at support@atorieseattle.com with your order number and a short note about your request. Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you the return instructions, including the return address label.

3. Return Procedure

Send us your return request with the correct order details. Then wait for our team to confirm and approve the return. Pack the item securely and make sure it’s still in its original condition. Lastly, ship it back by following the instructions we send you.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and check your returned item, eligible refunds will be sent back to your original PayPal account.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to fully process your refund and return your money. If it takes longer, feel free to contact us at support@atorieseattle.com.

5. Exchange Requests

Want to exchange an item? Email us at support@atorieseattle.com. Exchanges depend on product availability at the time we process the request.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However we do not charge a restocking fee.

7. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible at support@atorieseattle.com.

Just a note: we can only cancel an order before it starts processing or being prepared for shipment.

8. Package Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@atorieseattle.com with clear photos and a quick description of what happened.
