1. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery generally takes 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and carrier operations.

2. Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

3. Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

4. Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations are possible only before the order enters processing or shipment preparation. Please contact our support team at support@atorieseattle.com as soon as possible if you would like to request a cancellation.

5. What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags, packaging, and included components.

6. How Do I Start a Return?

To request a return, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

7. When Will I Receive My Refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account. We reserve a period of 7 days to fully process your refund and return your money. Please contact us at support@atorieseattle.com if it takes any longer.

8. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, or credit card. After payment is completed, a confirmation email and order summary will be sent to you.
