Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-7) are packed up the same business day. If you order after 4:00 PM, we’ll start working on it the next business day.

Getting your order ready usually takes 0–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Around holidays, launches, or busier times, it may take a bit longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, it usually arrives within 6–9 business days, Monday through Friday. Timing can vary depending on where it’s going, the carrier, weather, or other pesky things outside our control.

In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 11 business days, Monday through Friday, after you place it.

3. Shipping Rates

Atorie Seattle offers free shipping on all United States orders. Good news, no minimum order amount is required.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking Information

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address you used at checkout. When your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can keep an eye on your package while it’s on the way.

5. Shipping Providers

We ship with carriers like UPS, DHL, and USPS. The carrier for your order may depend on your delivery address and what shipping options are available.

6. Shipping Delays

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please give it 2 extra business days and keep checking your tracking information. Shoot us a message to support@atorieseattle.com should you need any help.

7. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible at support@atorieseattle.com.

Just a note: we can only cancel an order before it starts processing or being prepared for shipment.

8. Package Issues & Damages

If your order shows up damaged or otherwise defective, email us at support@atorieseattle.com with clear photos and a quick description of what happened.

We’ll take a look and help sort it out as quickly as we can.
